Lactation Supports有助泌乳的瑜伽食譜


Sat Nam, Winni收到Kundalini Women五月份的電子報,有一些泌乳的食譜,提供參考,尤其各位媽媽太太有興趣自己動手試做看看的話,就算不是為了泌乳,平常也可以吃。

【Lactation Supports有助泌乳的食譜】 
(取自Kundalin Woman 2016五月份電子報)


(1) Yogi Milk Maker 瑜珈奶製作

6 ounces of milk牛奶6盎司(約170公克)
6-8 blanched almonds (soaked and peeled)杏仁6-8顆(浸軟去皮)
1 tablespoon ghee酥油1大匙(約15毫升)
1 teaspoon honey蜂蜜1茶匙(約5毫升)

Mix all ingredients together in a blender until smooth and drink once or twice daily. This drink is full of protein that boosts energy, regenerates the body and supports milk production.
將所有材料混合在一起放到攪拌器裡面,攪拌均勻,一天喝一次或兩次。這種飲料有充份的蛋白質,能提升能量、使身體新生,並促進泌乳量。

(2) Himalaya Yogi Tea 喜馬拉雅瑜伽茶

Measure out 1 teaspoon of fennel seeds, anise seeds, and cumin seeds into a pot and boil for 10 minutes with two liters/quarts of water. Add one teaspoon of nettle leaves and steep briefly with the tea before serving. Strain and sweeten to taste.
量取1茶匙(約5毫升)的茴香籽、八角和孜然,放入鍋子,以2公升的水煮沸10分鐘。喝茶之前加入一茶匙的蕁麻葉並稍微泡一下。過濾和加甜味即可品嘗。


(3) Milk Tea Maker 奶茶製作

Measure out equal parts fennel seeds, dried or fresh peeled/chopped ginger, and broken cinnamon sticks in a bowl. Add one heaping tablespoon of this spice mixture for every liter/quart of water. Boil on medium heat for 20-30 minutes. Drink plain or add milk, and sweetener to taste. A great milk maker and digestive support drink for toddlers, children, and adults.
取同份量的茴香籽、將曬乾或新鮮的薑切好、肉桂棒折成段,放到碗裡。將這堆香料混合,每一公升的水就加入一湯匙。中火煮沸20~30分鐘。品嘗時可直接喝或添加牛奶和甜味。對於幼兒、兒童和成人來說,優質的乳飲可幫助消化。

(4) LACTATION COOKIES (MAKES 18 MID-SIZED COOKIES) 泌乳餅乾(製作18個中型餅乾)

2 cups old fashioned oats 老燕麥2杯
4 tablespoons finely ground flax seeds 磨細亞麻籽4湯匙
1/2 cup warm water 溫水1/2杯
6 tablespoons of coconut oil or butter or ghee 椰子油或奶油或酥油6湯匙
1 cup raw sugar or coconut sugar 粗糖或椰子糖1杯
1/4 cup brewers yeast (not baking yeast) 啤酒酵母(不是麵包酵母)1/4杯
1 teaspoon each vanilla and cinnamon powder 香草粉與肉桂粉各1茶匙
1/2 teaspoon baking soda 小蘇打1/2茶匙
1/4 teaspoon salt 鹽1/4茶匙
1/2 old fashioned oats 老燕麥1/2(杯)
1 cup mixed sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, raisins, dried cranberries, or chopped dates. 混合葵花子、南瓜子、葡萄乾、蔓越莓乾或切好的棗乾1杯。

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper. Process the 2 cups of oats in a blender, until they are a very fine flour. In a large bowl combine ground flax seeds with water, and stir well to mix. Wait for 5 minutes, then add the oil, sugar, brewer's yeast, vanilla, baking soda, and salt. Stir until well combined. Then gradually stir in the oat flour until a dough is formed. Finally add the 1/2 cup whole oats and seeds/dried fruit. Drop dough by heaping tablespoon onto parchment paper and flatten with slightly wet fingers. Bake 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Store in an air tight container.
烤箱預熱至350度。蓋上烤紙烤盤。將2杯燕麥放入攪拌器,打成很細的粉狀。取一個大碗倒入亞麻籽、水,混合攪拌均勻。等5分鐘,然後加入油、糖、啤酒酵母、香草、小蘇打和鹽。充分攪拌到結合得很均勻。然後慢慢倒進燕麥粉並慢慢攪拌成一個麵團最後加入1/2杯的燕麥和乾果。用手指稍微沾濕的手指,把烤紙壓平,用湯勺將麵糊倒入烤盤紙上。以350度烘焙10-12分鐘。封存在密閉容器裡。
