喚醒你的創意之火(Har Haray Haree)
一切始於一個種子,一個想法或一剎那的靈感。最初的種子發展了創意的流動。以完成創意的流動被實現作為無限神聖的一部分。這個過程一再重複如同宇宙之舞。唱誦這個Mantra,我們能夠在自己內在當中獲取創造力的神聖流動,並允許內部的阻礙消失。

這是創造力的Mantra。Mantra的前三個字代表神聖的三個層面,隨後是創造的驚奇所帶來狂喜的表現。
姿勢
為了練習冥想,放鬆身體並且雙腿交叉盤坐、挺直脊椎。兩肘應該以90度彎曲靠著身體,以及手掌朝上、手指朝前。將拇指和食指碰在一起形成智慧手印。
眼睛
唱誦Mantra時,目光應該專注在鼻尖。

Awakening Your Creative Fire (Har Haray Haree)
Everything begins with a seed, an idea or a moment of
inspiration. The initial seed unfolds as the creative flow. In its completion
the creative flow is realized as part of the infinite divine. This process
repeats again and again as part of the cosmic dance. By chanting this mantra we
are able to access the divine flow of creativity within ourselves and allow
internal obstacles to fall away.

Translation
Har – Seed of creativity
Haray – Flow of creativity
Haree – Completion of the creativity
Waheguru – Ecstasy of divine awareness
Haray – Flow of creativity

Waheguru – Ecstasy of divine awareness
This is a mantra for creativity. Three aspects of the divine are
represented by the first three words of the mantra followed by an expression of
ecstasy at the wonder of creation.
Posture
To practice this meditation, relax the body and sit cross-legged
with a straight spine. The elbows should be against the body, bent at 90
degrees with the palms facing up and fingers pointing forward. Bring the thumbs
and the forefingers together in gyan mudra.
Eyes
Your gaze should be focused at the tip of the nose while you
chant the mantra.
Time
Chant this mantra for 11-31 minutes.
