Kundalini Yoga Daily would LOVE to invite you and yours to a 1000 Day Meditation – the 25th Pauri of Japji Sahib.
The 25th Pauri ofJapji Sahib is ‘Bahuta Karam.’ Reciting the twenty-fifth pauri ofJapji eleven times a day brings prosperity and abundance. As advanced and beginner practitioners of Kundalini Yoga, you are all invited to participate!
This is for those of you who would like to take your own personal practice to a 1000 Day Level, while participating with a larger and supportive KY Global Group. We are all of us connected and covered.
Please feel free to invite anyone who you feel could benefit from this type of KY Daily and consistent practice and the effects of it. What does Prosperity mean to you? Make this your own, grab your friends, share this with your students.

Yogi Bhajan特別推薦:寶瓶時代的3個Kriya(冥想)


       

Yogi Bhajan特別推薦我們來練習這三個Kriya(它們也同時是冥想法),讓我們度過寶瓶時代:
  • SAT KRIYA:有助於保持打開脈輪
  • KIRTAN KRIYA(Sa Ta Na Ma):身體的五大元素(tattwas地水火風空)
  • SODARSHAN CHAKRA KRIYA:完整地給你精神上的體驗
瑜珈Bhajan表示,我們要每天兩次來做練習
  • 第一次,凌晨4點上午8點之間,練習每個冥想各11分鐘。
  • 第二次,下午4點晚上8點之間,練習每個冥想各11分鐘。

Kriyas & Meditation

Three Kriyas for the Aquarian Age

       
These are the three kriyas that Yogi Bhajan specifically recommended we practice as we transition into the Aquarian Age:
  • SAT KRIYA : helps to keep the chakras open
  • KIRTAN KRIYA  (Sa Ta Na Ma) : takes care of the five elements (tattwas) of the body
For teaching and practicing all three of these meditations together, Yogi Bhajan indicated that we are to practice these meditation twice a day as described below:
  • For the first time, practice each meditation for 11 minutes in the morning between 4am – 8am.
  • For the second time, practice each meditation for 11 minutes in the evening between the hours of 4pm – 8pm.
